My name is Rashad Curtis. I am the CEO, Founder, and Owner of “Shadthechef” catering company. I am a self taught chef who realized at the age of 18 that I had a strong interest and passion for the world of culinary cuisine. I believe that great food enhances the potential and elegance of every event. From being in business since 2020 and being featured on WGN’s DayTime Chicago  , to being the Private Chef for many NFL, NBA, NHL & MLB players (including Marcus Stroman , Jimmy Butler and others, - I have the necessary skill and the key components to bring your next event to life.
